2025-26 Season
- Competed in 12 meets
- Earned all-conference honors during the indoor season
- Won the 400 and ran on the third-place 4x400 relay team at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 20-21)
- Placed fourth in the 400 at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 9-10)
- Won the 500 and ran on the first-place 4x400 relay team at the Greg Page Relays (Dec. 5-6)
- Took second in the 300 at the Upstate Challenge (Jan. 17)
- Finished seventh in the 400 at the Penn Invitational (Jan. 30)
- Was second in the 200 and fourth in the 400 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 7)
- Placed sixth in the 200 and 10th in the 400 at the Valentine’s Invitational (Feb. 13-14)
- Won the 800 at the Bucknell Dual Meet (March 29)
- Finished fourth in the 400 at the George Mason Invitational (April 3-4)
Senior Season (2024-25)
- Competed in seven indoor meets and five outdoor meets
- Won the 500 at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-23)
- Part of the 4x400 relay that was third at the conference meet (Feb. 22-23)
- Took fourth in the 400 and was part of the first-place 4x400 relay at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)
- Finished seventh in the 400 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships (May 16-18)
- Won the 500 at the season-opening Greg Page Relays (Dec. 6-7)
- Finished fourth in the 400 at the Valentine’s Invitational (Feb. 14-15)
- The runner up in the 500 at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)
- Took third in the 300 at the Cornell/Upstate Challenge (Jan. 18)
- Member of the Fall 2024 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
Junior Season (2023-24)
- Competed in 13 meets
- Placed third in the 400 and was part of the second-place 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Was third in the 500 and anchored the first-place 4x400 relay team at the America East Indoor Championships
- Earned All-Conference honors during the America East Indoor and Outdoor Championships
- Anchored the first-place 4x400 relay team at the ECAC Indoor Championships
- Won the 400 at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 20)
- Took first place in the 500 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 3)
- Finished third in the 400 at the Colonial Relays (April 4-6)
Sophomore Season (2022-23)
- Competed in six meets
- Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the 400 at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 6-7)
- Was third in the 400 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships (May 13-15)
- Part of the first-place 4x400 relay that won the Eastern Section at Penn Relays (April 28-30)
- Member of the Fall AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
- Member of the America East Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or above)
Freshman Season (2021-22)
- Competed in four meets
- Won the 200 at the Lehigh Angry Birds Invitational on Jan. 15
- Placed seventh in the 400 at the Penn State National Indoor Open Jan 21-22
