Junior Season (2025-26)
- Competed in four cross country meets
- Was 30th out of 182 runners at the Canisius Alumni Challenge (Oct. 18)
- Competed in nine track & field meets
- Placed 10th in the 3,000 SC at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 9-10)
- Was third in the 3,000 at the Cornell Upstate Challenge (Jan. 17)
- Won the 3,000 at the Kane Invitational (Feb. 14)
- Took seventh in the 3,000 SC at the George Mason Invitational (April 3-4)
- Finished second in the 1,500 at the Big Red Invitational (April 11-12)
- Won the 5,000 at the UAlbany Spring Classic (April 17)
- Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in April 2026
Sophomore Year (2024-25)
- Competed in four indoor meets and four outdoor meets
- Placed fifth in the 3,000 at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 25)
- Was sixth in the mile at the Kane Invitational (Feb. 8)
- Competed in two cross country meets
- Member of the Fall 2024 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
Freshman Year (2023-24)
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Placed 22nd out of 142 finishers at the Canisius Alumni Classic on Oct. 14
- Was 53th out of 114 runners at the Colgate/Harry Lang Invitational on Sept. 2
- Competed in track meet seven meets
- Was eighth in the 5,000 at the Colonial Relays (April 4-6)
- Placed sixth in the 3,000 SC at the Bucknell Team Challenge (April 20)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Rolls
- Member of the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner's Honor Rolls
Before Binghamton
- A four-year letterwinner at Essex
- Placed fourth overall at the 2022 Vermont Division 1 State Cross Country Meet and was 20th at the ensuing New England Championships
- Finished 10th overall at the 2021 Nike Northeast Cross Country Regional Meet
- The Vermont Indoor and Outdoor State Champion in the 3,000
- Graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2023
