Senior Season (2022-23)
- Competed in five cross country races
- Earned first-team all-conference honors with a team-best sixth-place finish at the America East Championships on Oct. 29
- Named to the America East Cross Country All-Academic Team
- Finished 59th overall at the NCAA Northeast Region Meet on Nov. 11
- Was a team-best 20th overall at the season-opening Colgate/Harry Lang Invitational on Sept. 3
- Placed 16th overall at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 16
- Competed in 12 track & field meets
- Won the mile at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 18-19)
- Captured the 1,500 at the America East Outdoor Meet (May 6-7)
- Placed first in the 1,500 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships (May 12-14)
- Won the 1,500 at the Colonial Outdoor Relays (March 31-April 1)
- Named the America East Men's Scholar-Athlete of the Year
- Named the America East Men's Indoor Track and Outdoor Track Scholar-Athlete
- Named to the America East Indoor Track and Outdoor Track All-Academic Team

Junior Season (2021-22)

- Placed fourth overall at the season-opening Pre-Conference Meet on Sept. 18
- Finished 90th overall at the NCAA Northeast Region Meet on Nov. 12

Sophomore Season (2020-21)
- Competed in both cross country races
- Earned second-team all-conference honors with a 14th-place finish at the America East Championships
- Placed second overall at the season-opening Vermont Quad Meet on Feb. 21
- Competed in six track meets
- Placed seventh in the 1,500 and was part of the first-place 4x800 relay team at the America East Championships
- Earned all-conference honors as part of a first-place relay team at the America East Meet Â
- Placed seventh in the 1,500 at the IC4A Championships
- Won the 1,500 at the RW Red Hawk Invitational
- Placed second in the 1,500 at the Lehigh Happy Easter Races
- Placed second in the 800 at the Lehigh/Covert Classic

Before Binghamton
- Placed 35th overall at the 2018 Nike New York/Northeast Regional Cross Country Meet
- Was 23rd at the 2018 New York State (NYS) Class A Meet
- A New York State Sportswriters Association (NYSSWA) fourth-team Class A All-State selection
- The runner up at the 2018 Class A, Section 2 Cross Country Meet and won the Albany County title
- Finished fifth overall in the 1,600 at the 2019 NYS Outdoor Championships and was ninth in 2018
