- Was seventh in the 3,000 SC at the Colonial Outdoor Relays (March 31-April 1)
- Finished second in the 3,000 SC at the Lafayette Open on March 25
- Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or above)

Before Binghamton
- Earned All-America honor in the 3,000 steeplechase with a sixth-place finish at the 2019 New Balance National Meet
- Won the 2019 New York State (NYS) Outdoor Track Division I 3,000 steeplechase title and was sixth in 2018
- Placed 18th overall at the NYS Class A Cross Country Championships
- A third-team New York State Sportswriters Association (NYSSWA) All-State selection in cross country his senior year
- Was named all-county in cross country twice
- A member of the National Honor Society
