2024-25 Season
- Competed in six indoor meets and five outdoor meets
- Finished eighth in the 400 and ran in the first-place relay team at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)
- Part of the 4x400 relay team that placed third at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-23)
- Finished third in the 300 at the season-opening Greg Page Relays (Dec. 6-7)
- Was third in the 200 at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 24)
- Took fifth place in the 400 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 8)
- Member of the Fall 2024 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
Senior Season (2023-24)
- Competed in 12 meets
- Placed second in the 400 and was part of the first-place 4x400 relay team at the America East Indoor Championships
- Was fifth in the 400 and was part of the second-place 4x400 relay team at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Earned All-Conference honors at the America East Indoor Championships
- Ran on the first-place 4x400 relay team at the IC4A Indoor Championships
- Took third place in the 200 at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 20)
- Was fourth in the 200 at the Dr. Sander Invitational (Jan. 26-27)
- Placed second in the 200 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (April 20)
- Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in April 2024
- Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Rolls (3.3 GPA or above)
Junior Season (2022-23)
- Competed in six meets
- Was ninth in the 400 at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 18-19)
- Took third place in the 400 at the Cornell Upstate Challenge (Jan. 21)
- Placed eighth in the 400 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 4)
- Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or above)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
Sophomore Season (2021-22)
- Competed in nine meets
- Part of the first-place 4x100 relay team at the Lehigh Angry Birds Invitational on Jan. 15
- Part of the first-place 4x400 relay team at the Lafayette Open on March 26
- Placed sixth in the 200 at the Lehigh Season Opener on April 9
- Was sixth in the 400 at the Bucknell Team Challenge on April 23
- Member of the Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
- Member of the America East Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or above)
Before Binghamton
- Swept the 100, 200 and 400 titles at the 2021 Section 6, Class B championships
