- Earned first-team all-conference honors with a seventh-place finish (out of 82 runners) at the America East Championships on Oct. 27
- Placed 71st overall at the NCAA Northeast Region Meet on Nov. 10
- Was second place overall at the Canisius Alumni Classic on Oct. 14
- Finished eighth out 84 runners at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 15
- Competed in eight track & field meets
- Placed eighth in the 3,000 at the America East Indoor Championships
- Was sixth in the mile at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 3)

- Earned second-team all-conference honors with an eighth-place finish at the America East Championships on Oct. 29
- Was 92nd overall at the NCAA Northeast Region Meet on Nov. 11
- Placed a team-best fourth overall at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 16
- Competed in five track & field meets
- Won the 5,000 at the Colonial Outdoor Relays (March 31-April 1)
- Won the 1,500 at the Lafayette Open on March 25
- Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll during both the fall and spring semesters (3.5 GPA or above)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
Junior Season (2021-22)
- Competed in three cross country meets
- Placed 16th overall at the America East Championships on Oct. 29
- Finished 58th overall in the Gold Race at the Lehigh/Paul Short Run on Oct. 1
- Competed in eight track meets
- Earned all-conference honors with a second-place finish in the 3,000 at the America East Indoor Championships
- The runner up in the 3,000 at the Dr. Sander Indoor Invitational on Feb. 4-5
- Placed sixth in the 1,500 at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic on April 15-16

- Competed in one cross country meet
- Won the season-opening Vermont Quad Meet on Feb. 21
- Named the America East Men’s Performer of the Week on Feb. 24
- Competed in four track meets
- Placed fourth in the 5,000 at the America East Championships
- Came in fourth in the 5,000 at the IC4A Championships
- Was the runner-up in the 5,000 at the RW Red Hawk Invitational
Freshman Season (2019-20) -- Outdoor Season Cancelled Due to COVID-19
- Competed in five cross country races
- Earned second-team all-conference honors with a 14th-place finish at the America East Championships on Nov. 2
- Finished a team-best 79th place out of 265 runners at the season-ending NCAA Northeast Regional Meet on Nov. 15
- Was a team-best fourth place at the Albany Invitational on Oct. 18
- Was second on the team and 18th overall at the season-opening Colgate/Harry Lang Invitational on Sept. 7
- Placed sixth overall in the 3,000 at the America East Indoor Championships
- Finished fifth overall at the Penn State National Open on Jan. 30

Before Binghamton
- Won the New York State (NYS) Division 2 title at the 2019 Outdoor Track Championships in the 3,200 (9:06.26)
- A three-time New York State Sportswriters Association (NYSSWA) Class B All-State selection in cross country
- Placed 51st overall at the 2018 Nike Cross Country National Meet
- Finished sixth at the 2018 Nike/New York/Northeast Cross Country Regional Meet
- Was third at the 2018 NYS Class B Cross Country Championships
- Won the 2018 Manhattan Invitational Varsity C Cross Country title
- An All-Rockland County selection all four years
- Also earned All-League and All-Section honors four times each
