Junior Season (2024-25)
- Competed in three indoor meets and four outdoor meets
- Part of the 4x400 relay team that won the America East Outdoor Championship
Sophomore Season (2023-24)
- Competed in 13 meets
- Placed fifth in the 200 and was part of the second-place 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Finished fourth in the 400 and was part of the first-place 4x400 relay team at the America East Indoor Championships
- Earned All-Conference honors at the America East Indoor Championships
- Was on the first-place 4x400 relay team at the IC4A Indoor Championships
- Took second place in the 400 at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 20)
- Was fourth in the 400 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 3)
- Finished second in the 100 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (April 20)
- Member of the America East Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or higher)
Freshman Season (2022-23)
- Competed in 12 meets
- Placed fourth in the 200 at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 6-7)
- Part of the first-place 4x400 relay team that won the Eastern Section at Penn Relays (April 28-30)
- Was third in the 400 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (April 22)
- Won the 100 at the Lafayette Outdoor Open (March 25)
- Part of the third-place DMR team at the America East Indoor Meet (Feb. 18-19)
- Took second place in the 400 at the Cornell Upstate Indoor Challenge (Jan. 21)
Before Binghamton
- Placed third in the 200 at the 2022 New York State (NYS) Outdoor Championships
- Finished fifth in the 300 at the 2022 NYS Indoor Meet
- Won the outdoor county, league and section titles in the 200, 400, long jump and triple jump in his senior year
- Captured the 2022 indoor county, league and section crowns in the 55, 300, long jump and triple jump
- Named the Rockland County 2022 Rockland County Indoor Track Athlete of the Year
- Also played football and basketball at Suffern
