Senior Season (2019-20) – Outdoor Season Cancelled Due to COVID-19
- Won the heptathlon at the America East Indoor Championships
- Earned all-conference honors with a top-three finish
- Named to the America East Indoor All-Academic Team
- Took second place in the heptathlon at the ECAC Indoor Championships
- Finished seventh in the long jump at the Albany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 12
Junior Season (2018-19)
- Placed eighth in the heptathlon at the America East Indoor Championships
- Was fifth in the 400 hurdles at the conference outdoor meet
- Won the 400 hurdles at the Lafayette 7-Way Meet (March 30)
- Was third in the heptathlon at the Upstate Challenge (Jan. 19)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring A.D. Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher
- Member of the America East Honor Roll with a 3.0 GPA or higher
Sophomore Season (2017-18)
- Won the decathlon at the America East Outdoor Championships
- The runner up in the heptathlon at the conference indoor meet
- Named to the America East Outdoor All-Academic Team
- Member of the America East Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or higher)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
- Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in May 2018

- Placed third in the decathlon at the America East Outdoor Championships
