Senior Season (2015-16)

• Competed in four cross country meets
• The Bearcats' top finisher at the season-ending ECAC Cross Country Championships

Junior Season (2014-15)

• Competed in four cross country meets
• Was fifth on the team and 71st overall (out of 163 runners) at the Iona Cross Country Meet of Champions on Sept. 20

• Finished eighth in the mile at the Cornell Southern Tier Collegiate Open 
• Compted in the 4x4 and 800 at the Bucknell Team Challenege 
• Member of the both the Fall and Spring America East Honor Roll with a 3.0 GPA or higher
• Member of the Fall AD Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher

Sophomore Season (2013-14)

• Competed in five cross country meets
• The team’s fifth runner at the Buffalo Stampede on Sept. 21 and at the season-ending ECAC Championships on Nov. 23
• Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Honor Roll for 3.0 or higher GPA
• Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)

Freshman Season (2012-13)

• Competed in five cross country meets
• The team’s fifth runner at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships
• Placed 64th out of 175 runners at the season-ending ECAC Championships
• Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Honor Roll for 3.0 or higher GPA

Before Binghamton

• Named All-Monroe County and honorable mention All-Greater Rochester as a senior.
• A New York state qualifier during the 2011 indoor and outdoor seasons
• A member of the National Honor Society
