- Competed in four cross country meets
- Earned first-team all-conference honors in cross country for the second year in a row with a fourth-place finish at the America East Championships on Oct. 27
- Named to the America East Cross Country All-Academic Team
- The America East Women’s Performer of the Week on Oct. 3
- Was 41st out of 264 runners at the NCAA Northeast Region Meet on Nov. 10
- Finished 29th out of 364 runners at the Lehigh/Paul Short Run on Sept. 30
- Took second place out of 84 runners at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 15
- Competed in seven track & field meets
- Placed first in the 1,500 and was part of the third-place 4x800 relay team at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Placed second in the mile and anchored the winning Distance Medley Relay (DMR) and 4x800 relay teams at the America East Indoor Championships
- Named to the All-Conference Teams at the America East Indoor and Outdoor Championships
- Named to the America East Indoor All-Academic Team

Before Binghamton
- Competed in track and cross country for Utah
- Placed 16th overall in the 1,500 at the 2022 PAC-12 outdoor championships
- Her top 1,500 time of 4:19.09 ranked No. 44 in the NCAA West Region
- Ran in the 2021 Pre-National Cross Country Meet
- Named to the Fall and Spring PAC-12 Academic Honor Rolls during her career
Before College
- A three-time New York States Sportswriters Association (NYSSWA) all-state selection in cross country at Fayetteville-Manlius
- Competed at the NIKE Cross Country National Meet four times and placed 29th overall at the 2016 event
- Placed fourth overall in the 1,500 at the 2017 New York State (NYS) Outdoor Championships
- Set the NYS Section III indoor records in the 1,000 and 1,500
Personal
- Parents are Patty and Tim Ryan
- Earned her undergraduate degree in English and is currently working towards her master’s degree in student affairs administration
- Her father swam for SUNY Geneseo while her brother Nick ran for Syracuse, her sister Olivia ran for SUNY Geneseo and Buffalo State and her brother Pete ran for Yale
