Biography
Junior Year (2024-25)
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Earned all-conference honors for the third straight season with a fifth-place finish – out of 83 runners – at the America East Championships (Nov. 2)
- The America East Women’s Performer of the Week on Sept. 17
- Finished 74th out of 267 runners at the NCAA Northeast Meet (Nov. 15)
- Won the Vermont Fall Foliage – which featured 113 runners (Oct. 20)
- Took fifth place out of 71 finishers at the Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 13)
- Was 76th out 371 runners in the Gold Race at the Lehigh/Paul Short Run (Oct. 5)
- The SUNY Chancellor's Award Winner in Women's Cross Country
- Competed in five indoor meets and three outdoor meetsÂ
- Placed fourth in the 5,000 and seventh in the 3,000 at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-23)
- Placed fourth in the 10,000 at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 2-4)
- Was eighth in the 3,000 at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)
- Finished second in the mile at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 25)
- Was fourth in the 5,000 at the Colonial Relays (April 2-4)
- Took third in the 1,500 at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic (April 12-14)
- Member of the Fall 2024 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
Sophomore Year (2023-24)
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Earned first-team all-conference honors for the second straight year with a fifth-place finish (out of 81 runners) at the America East Championships on Oct. 27
- Named to the America East Cross Country All-Academic Team
- Placed 94th overall out of 264 finishers at the NCAA Northeast Region Meet on Nov. 10
- Placed a team-best fourth overall out of 116 runners at the Canisius Alumni Classic on Oct. 14
- Competed in eight track & field meets
- Placed third in the 10,000 at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Earned All-Conference honors at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Finished fifth in the 5,000 and was third in the 3,000 at the America East Indoor Championships
- Named the America East Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week on April 9
- Took second place in the 10,000 at the Colonial Relays (April 4-6)
- Was 11th in the 5,000 at the Boston/Valentine’s Meet (Feb. 9-10)
- Member of the America East Fall and Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or above)
- Member of the Fall and Spring AD Honor Rolls (3.3 GPA or above)
- Earned the Binghamton Sports Medicine Department's Orthopedic Associates Scholarship Award, which is presented annually to one of its student trainers
Freshman Season (2022-23)
- Competed in four cross country meets
- Named first-team all-conference with a fifth-place finish at the America East Championships on Oct 29
- The Most Outstanding Female Rookie at the America East Championships
- Placed 41st overall at the NCAA Northeast Region Meet on Nov. 11
- Was 75th overall at the Lehigh/Paul Short Run on Sept. 30
- Took third-place overall at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 16
- Competed in 10 track & field meets
- Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the 10,000 at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 6-7)
- Was fourth in the 5,000 and seventh in the 3,000 at the America East Indoor Meet (Feb. 18-19)
- Placed fifth in the 5,000 at the ECAC Indoor Championships (March 3-5)
- Won the 1,500 at the Colonial Relays (March 31-April 1)
- Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or above) in both the fall and spring
- Member of the Fall and Spring AD Honor Rol (3.3 GPA or above)
Before Binghamton
- A three-time captain and team MVP at Yorktown
- Placed sixth in the 3,000 at the 2022 New York State (NYS) Outdoor Track & Field Championships
- Was third overall in the 5,000 at the 2022 New Balance National Outdoor Meet performances are
- Finished 10th overall at the 2021 NYS Federation Cross Country Meet
- Named All-NYS Federation in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track her senior year
- A five-time All-NYS Section 1 honoree
- Won the NYS Section 1 title in the 3,000 during the 2022 outdoor track season
