Brianna Russo joins the Binghamton University staff for the 2015-2016 season as an assistant coach. Russo is a former student-athlete and a 2015 graduate of Binghamton University.
Her coaching background in the sport dates back to 2014 as her first experience came as a coach of the Hudson Valley Express travel team. As as player, Russo, was honored as the Most Improved Player at Binghamton University where she appeared in over 25 games with several starts. Prior to Binghamton, Russo spent two years at Quinnipiac University.
She is a native of Middletown, NY and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Binghamton. Russo was named to the Harpur College of Arts and Sciences Dean's List and joined a select group of students who earned a minimum grade point average of 3.5.
