Senior Season (2023)

• Team captain
• Started all 17 games played
• Repeat selection as America East Midfielder of the Year
• Repeat selection as United Soccer Coaches third team all-region
• Tallied team-highs of four goals, five assists and 13 points
• Capped five-year career as a four-time all-conference selection (three times on first team) and twice all-region
• Started all 76 collegiate games and tallied 24 goals (T-3rd all-time at Binghamton), 18 assists (4th) and 66 points (3rd)
• Logged more than 6,600 career minutes (87/game)
• Led the Bearcats to a postseason berth all five seasons, including a pair of championship game appearances
• With McKnight in the lineup, BU went 23-8-8 against America East opponents, for a win percentage of 70%.  
• Two-time America East All-Academic Team recipient 

Junior Season (2022)

• Team captain
• Started all 19 games
• America East Midfielder of the Year - first  BU selection in 22 years of membership
• United Soccer Coaches third team all-region selection
• America East first team all-conference
• Tallied eight goals and 20 points
• Scored conference-best five goals in league play
• Scored two postseason goals and was named to America East All-Championship Team
• Selected as team's "Offensive MVP"
• Scored hat trick to lift BU to 5-4 regular season win over UMass Lowell on Senior Day
• Named to America East All-Academic Team
• SUNY Scholar-Athlete selection for the sport of women's soccer
• Logged an average of 87 minutes
• Member of America East Commissioner's Honor Roll and AD Honor Roll 

Junior Season (2021)

• Started all 15 games played
• America East second team all-conference selection
• Scored four goals with two assists for 10 points (second on team)
• Scored twice against Cornell on Sept. 15
• Logged an average of 86 minutes
• Named to AD Fall Honor Roll

Sophomore Season (2020-21)

• Started all seven games played during spring COVID season
• First team all-conference selection - only underclassmen field player chosen
• Tallied two goals and two assists for team-high of six points
• Ranked seventh in America East in points per game (0.86)
• Named America East Offensive Player of Week on April 6
• Selected to America East All-Championship Team
• Scored two goals with one assist against NJIT on April 4
• Added assist at Vermont on April 1
• Logged an average of 81 minutes in center midfield
• Member of AD Honor Roll

Freshman Season (2019)

• Appeared and started in 18 games
• Named to the America East All- Rookie Team
• Ranked second in the America East with seven assists
• Ranked third in the conference with eight goals
• Ranked fourth in the conference with 22 points
• Led the team with six goals
• Named the conference Rookie of the Week on Sept. 3 and Sept. 9
• Scored a career-high two goals against American on Sept. 6
• Netted a goal against St. Bonaventure on Aug. 22, St. Francis Brooklyn on Aug. 30, UMBC on Oct. 31, and New Hampshire on Nov. 3
• Tallied an assist against St. Bonaventure on Aug. 22, Manhattan on Sept. 1, Cornell on Sept. 18, and New Hampshire on Sept. 29

• Midfielder and four-year letterwinner at nearby Vestal High School
• Comes to Binghamton along with twin sister Victoria
• Scored 64 career goals with 21 assists
• Tallied 22 goals as senior to pace Vestal to a berth in the NYS Class A semifinals
• Named first team Class A all-state and All-East Region as senior
• Second team all-state selection as junior
