Biography
2024-25 Season
- Competed in eight meets
- Placed sixth in the 200 breast and eighth in the 100 breast at the America East Championships (Feb. 19-22)
- Won the 50 breast against Le Moyne (Sept. 23) and Marist (Jan. 25)
- Finished second in both the 100 and 200 breast against Canisius (Nov. 2) and Wagner (Jan. 18)
- Took fourth place in the 200 breast at the Brown Invitational (Nov. 21-24)
- Member of the Fall 2024 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
Senior Season (2023-24)
- Earned all-conference honors for the second straight season
- Won the 100 breast and was fifth in the 200 breast at the America East Championships
- Swam on both the 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay teams that won the conference titles
- Was 12th in the 200 IM at the America East meet
- Part of the first-place 200 medley relay team against Holy Cross on Oct. 27
- Broke the pool record in the 100 breast and swam on the 400 medley relay team that broke the pool record at Bryant on Oct. 28
- Placed first in the 100 breast and swam on the first-place 200 medley relay team against Canisius on Nov. 4
- Finished third in the 100 breast and was sixth in the 200 breast at the Brown/Bruno Invitational (Nov. 15-17)
- Swam on the second-place 400 medley relay team – that broke the school record – as well as the third-place 200 medley relay team at the Brown/Bruno Invitational (Nov. 15-17)
- Set the pool record in the 100 breast and was part of the first-place 400 medley relay team against Wagner on Jan. 20
- Member of the Fall AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
- Member of the America East Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or above)
Junior Season (2022-23)
- Competed in the NIC meet
- Named All-Conference
- Placed second in the 100 breast at the America East Championships
- Also finished fourth in the 200 breast and 11th in the 200 IM at the conference meet
- Part of the 400 medley relay team that set the Binghamton pool record in the meet against St. Bonaventure on Jan. 17
- Won six individual events and swam on three first-place relay teams during the regular season
- Swept the 100 breast and 200 breast against Colgate on Oct. 28 and against Bryant on Oct. 29
- Was fifth in the 100 breast against St. Bonaventure on Jan. 17
- Won the 50 breast against Marist on Jan. 24
- Was second in 100 breast, third in the 200 breast and fifth in the 200 IM at the Rhode Island Invitational (Nov. 18-20)
- Member of the America East Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or higher)
Sophomore Season (2021-22)
- Placed fourth in the 200 breast, was sixth in the 100 breast and 13th in the 200 IM at the America East Championships
- The America East Swimmer of the Week on Oct. 13
- Was part of the third-place 800 free relay team at the conference meet
- Won a team-best 12 individual events during the regular season and swam on four first-place relay teams
- Swept the 100- and 200-breast events and led off the winning 200 medley relay team at the Rhode Island Invitational (Nov. 19-21)
Freshman Season (2020-21)
- Competed in six meets
- Placed sixth in the 200 breast, seventh in the 200 IM and tied for eighth in the 100 breast at the America East Championships
- Swept the 100 breast and 200 breast against Canisius and Niagara on March 13
- Won the 100 breast, 200 breast and 200 IM against Stony Brook on March 21
- Was first in the 100 breast and 200 breast against Colgate on March 27
- Part of the winning 200 medley relay team and the 200 free relay team against Colgate on March 27 and against St. Bonaventure on April 3
- Swam on the first-place 400 medley relay team against Stony Brook on March 21
- Member of the Fall 2020 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
Before Binghamton
- A USA Swimming Futures and USA Swimming Sectionals Qualifier
- The St. Joseph Hill Academy MVP his final two years
- Received the Joseph and Anne Stetz Career Swimmer Award (senior season)
- A two-time GCHSAA 100 breaststroke and 500 freestyle champion
- Was the GCHSAA 100 breaststroke runner-up in 2017 and 2018
- A member of the National Honor Society
Personal
- Parents are Erinn and Tom Moane
- Majored in computer science cybersecurity as part of the 4+1 program
