• Was 39th overall at the America East Cross Country Championships on Oct. 29
• Finished fourth overall at the Binghamton Invitational on Sept. 17
• Named to the America East Cross Country All-Academic Team
• Placed fourth overall in the 800 at the America East Indoor Championships
• Was 13th overall in the 800 at the ECAC Indoor Championships with a school-record time of 2:11.49
• Took seventh in the 800 at the conference outdoor meet
• Member of the Fall A.D. Honor Roll (minimum 3.3 GPA)

Junior Season (2015-16)

• Competed in four cross country races
• Was the Bearcats' fourth runner in a pair of cross country meets
• Was eighth in the 800 at the America East Indoor Track Championships
• Placed sixth in the 800 at the conference outdoor track meet
• Part of the 4x800 relay team that placed third at the ECAC Outdoor Track Championships with a school-record time of 9:08.83
• Named to the America East Indoor Track and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams
• Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll with at least a 3.3 GPA
• Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner's Honor Roll with at least a 3.5 GPA
   

Sophomore Season (2014-15)

• Competed in five cross country meets
• The team's top runner with a fourth-place finish at the Albany Cross Country Dual Meet on Sept. 5
• Was second on the team and 89th overall (out of 360 finishers) in the Brown Race at the Lehigh Paul Short Cross Country Run on Oct. 4
• Placed fourth in the 800 at the America East Indoor Track Championships (2:15.11)
• Named to the America East Indoor Track All-Academic Team
• Finished sixth in the 800 at the America East Outdoor Track Championships (2:18.09)
• Grabbed sicth place in the 1500 at the Princeton Sam Howell Open with a time of (4:51.48)
• Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 3.5 or higher GPA
• Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll for 3.3 or higher GPA
• Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in March 2014

Freshman Season (2013-14)

• Competed in five cross country meets
• Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
• Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 3.5 or higher GPA

Before Binghamton

• A four-year letterwinner at Rush-Henrietta
• A sixth-team all-state selection by the NYSSWA in 2010
• Named All-Greater Rochester by the Democrat and Chronicle three times
• A four-year all-county selection and two-time state qualifier
• Also named All-Greater Rochester twice in indoor track and during the 2013 outdoor track season
• A member of the 4 x 1,600 team that placed seventh overall at the 2013 New Balance Indoor National Meet
