Biography
Sophomore Year (2025-26)
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Earned second-team all-conference honors with a 10th-place finish at the America East Championships (Oct. 31)
- Named to the America East All-Academic Team
- Placed 59th out of 253 finishers at the NCAA Northeast Region Meet (Nov. 14)
- Won the Canisius Alumni Challenge individual title (Oct. 18)
- Finished 20th out of 328 runners in the Brown Race at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Oct. 3)
- Was 25th out of 32 finishers at the Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 13)
- Competed in two track & field meets
- Placed seventh in the 3,000 and was part of the third-place DMR team at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 20-21)
Freshman Year (2024-25)
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Earned all-conference honors with a 14th-place finish – out of 83 runners - at the America East Championships (Nov. 2)
- Was sixth overall out of 113 runners at the Vermont Fall Foliage (Oct. 20)
- Took 28th place out of 71 finishers at the Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 13)
- Competed in five indoor meets and four outdoor meets
- Placed second in the 1,500 at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)
- Placed third in the mile at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-23)
- Part of the 4x800 relay team that placed third overall at the outdoor conference meets
- Won the 3,000 at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 25)
- Took eighth in the 800 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 8)
- Member of the 2024 Fall AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
Before Binghamton
- A five-year letterwinner in cross country and a six-year letterwinner in track at Eastport-South Manor
- Won the 1,00 at the Section 11 County 3A Championship
- A two-time New York State (NYS) qualifier in cross country (2021 & 2022)
- A five-time All-Suffolk County selection in cross country
