Before Binghamton
- A five-year letterwinner at Wayne Central
- A five-time All Greater Rochester selection
- Placed second overall in the 400 hurdles at the 2019 New York State (NYS) Outdoor Championships and was third the previous year
- Finished fifth in the 600 at the 2020 NYS Championships
