2021-22 Season
- Qualified for the NCAA East Region Meet in the triple jump and placed 39th
- Was fourth in the 400, sixth in the 200 and eighth in the triple jump at the America East Indoor Championships
- Earned all-conference honors with a second-place finish in the triple jump at the America East Outdoor Championships and placed sixth in the 400
- Was second in the triple jump and part of the third-place 4x400 relay team at the ECAC Outdoor Championships
- The runner up in the triple jump at the ECAC Indoor Championships
- Won the 200 and was part of the first-place 4x400 relay team at the Lehigh Angry Birds Invitational on Jan. 15
- Received the Binghamton Athletic Department’s Jesse Godfrey Award for her career accomplishments
- Member of the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)
- Member of the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
Senior Season (2020-21)
- Competed in six meets
- Won the 400 and competed in the 4x400 relay that won at the MSM 33-48 Invitational
- Competed in the 4x100 relay that won and was the runner-up in the 200 at the Lafayette Open
- Won the triple jump at the Lehigh Happy Easter Races
- Won the triple jump at the Lehigh/Covert Classic
- Placed second in the 200 at the Mt. St. Mary’s Invitational
- Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Rolls (3.3 GPA or higher)
Junior Season (2019-20) – Outdoor Season Canceled Due to COVID-19
- Won the triple jump and was fourth in the 400 at the America East Indoor Championships
- Earned all-conference honors as a top-three finisher
- Won the triple jump and was second in the 200 at the Cornell Upstate Challenge on Jan. 25
Sophomore Season (2018-19)
- Won the 400 at the America East Indoor Championships
- Placed second in both the 400 and triple jump at the conference outdoor meet
- Won the 300 at the Greg Page Relays (Dec. 1)
- Was second in the 400 at the Upstate Challenge (Jan. 19)
- Placed first in the triple jump at the Marc DeNault Indoor Invitational (Feb. 16)
- Finished first in the 200 at the Lafayette 7-Way Meet (March 30)
Freshman Season (2017-18)
- Named the Most Outstanding Rookie at the America East Indoor Championships after placing second in the 400 and fifth in the 200
- Won the 400 at the conference outdoor meet
- Won the 200 at the Bucknell Outdoor Team Challenge
Before Binghamton
- Place fourth at the New York State Outdoor Championships in the 200 as a junior
- The 2016 Section 11 champion in the 200
- A five-time Suffolk County champion
- Part of the national champion 4x400 relay team during the 2017 outdoor season
- A member of the National Honor Society
