2018-19 Season
- Won the weight throw at the America East Indoor Championships
- Was fifth in the weight throw at the ECAC Indoor Championships
- Placed first in the hammer at the conference outdoor meet
- Finished sixth in the hammer at the ECAC outdoor meet
- Named to the America East Indoor All-Academic Squad
- The America East Indoor Field Athlete of the Week on Jan. 22, Feb. 12 & Feb. 19
- Named the Most Outstanding Performer after winning the weight throw at the Marc DeNault Invitational on Feb. 16
- Was first in the weight throw at the Greg Page Relays (Dec. 1), Upstate Challenge (Jan. 19) and David Hemery Invitational (Feb. 16)
- Placed first in the hammer at the Lafayette 7-Way Meet (March 30)
- Member of the Fall A.D. Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher

- A redshirt season
- Member of the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)

- Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in April 2016
Freshman Season (2014-15)
- Won the weight throw at the Cornell/Robert Kane Indoor Meet
- Was fourth in the shot put and eighth in the discus at the Princeton/Sam Howell Outdoor Open
