Biography
Senior Season (2016-17)
- Competed in all six cross country meets
- The team's second runner at the season-opening Colgate/Harry Lang Invitational
- Member of both the Fall and Spring A.D. Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher
- Placed eighth in the 1,000 at the America East Indoor Championships
- Was fourth in the 1,000 at the New York Upstate Challenge
- Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 3.5 GPA or higher
- Named an America East Presidential Scholar Athlete
Junior Season (2015-16)
- Competed in four cross country meets
- Placed 55th out of 385 runners in the Bronze Race at the Lehigh/Paul Short Run
- Part of the 4x800 relay team that placed third overall at the ECAC Outdoor Track Championships in a school-record time of 9:08.83.
- Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 3.5 or higher GPA
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher
Sophomore Season (2014-15)
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Was 91st out of 360 runners in the Brown Race at the Lehigh Paul Short Run on Oct. 4
- Finished 65th out of 163 runners at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 20
- Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 3.5 or higher GPA
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll for 3.3 or higher GPA
- Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in March 2014
Freshman Season (2013-14)
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 3.5 or higher GPA
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
- Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in April 2014
Before Binghamton
- A fourth-team NYSSWA all-state selection in cross country as a senior
- Placed 16th overall at the 2012 NYS cross country championships
- Finished 23rd overall at the 2012 Nike Cross Country National New York Regional Meet
- Won the 1,500 at the 2013 NYS Outdoor Track Championships
- Was third overall in the 1,500 at the 2013 NYS Indoor Track Championships
- Placed 12th overall in the mile at the 2013 New Balance Indoor National Meet
- Named All-Greater Rochester in cross country by the Democrat and Chronicle as a senior
