Senior Season (2024-25)
- Redshirted during the indoor and outdoor seasons
- Member of the Fall 2024 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
Junior Season (2023-24)
- Competed in 13 meets
- Won the 500 at the America East Indoor Championships as well as the ensuing ECAC Indoor Meet
- Part of the second-place 4x400 relay team at the America East Indoor and Outdoor Championships
- Finished fifth in the 400 at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Part of the first-place sprint medley relay team at the Colonial Relays (April 4-6)
- Took third place at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 8)
- Placed second in the 400 at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic (April 14-16)
Sophomore Season (2022-23)
- Competed in 10 meets
- Was fifth in the 400 at both the America East Indoor and Outdoor Championships
- Part of the second-place 4x400 relay team at the America East indoor and Outdoor Meets
- Was part of the 4x400 relay team at Penn Relays (April 28) that clocked the seventh-fastest time in program history (3:47.21)
- Was second in the 400 and part of the first-place 4x400 relay team at the Sykes and Sabock Challenge (Feb. 4)
- Won the 300 at the Greg Page Relays (Dec. 3)
- Member of the Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
- Member of the America East Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or higher)
Freshman Season (2021-22)
- Competed in 15 meets
- Earned all-conference honors with a second-place finish in the 400 and as part of the first-place DMR team at the America East Indoor Championships
- Placed fifth in the 400 at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Part of the 4x400 relay team that placed third at the ECAC Outdoor Championships
- Part of the DMR team that competed at Penn Relays on April 28-30
- Finished third in the 400 at the Dr. Sander Indoor Invitational on Feb. 4-5
- Was second in the 200 at the Lafayette Open on March 26
Before Binghamton
- Won the 400 at the 2021 Rockland County Championships
- Placed third in the 300 at the 2020 Rockland County indoor meet
