Senior Year (2024-25)
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Placed 19th overall out of 83 runners at the America East Championships (Nov. 2)
- Named to the America East All-Academic Team
- Was ninth overall out of 113 runners at the Vermont Fall Foliage (Oct. 20)
- Finished 24th out of 71 runners at the Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 13)
- Competed in five indoor meets and seven outdoor meets
- Placed 37th in the 3,000 SC at the NCAA East Region Meet
- Won the 3,000 SC and was part of the third-place 4x800 relay team at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)
- Placed sixth in the 3,000 and seventh in the 5,000 at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-23)
- Won the mile at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 25)
- Finished fifth in the 5,000 at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)
- Won the 3,000 SC at the Colonial Relays (April 2-4)
- Took eighth in the 3,000 SC at the Viriginia Challenge (April 18-19)
- Named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team

- Member of the Fall 2024 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
Junior Year (2023-24)
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Named to the America East All-Academic Team
- Placed 17th overall out of 81 finishers at the America East Championships on Oct. 27
- Was seventh out of 116 finishers at the Canisius Alumni Classic on Oct. 14
- Competed in nine track & field meets
- Won the 3,000 Steeplechase (SC) at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Was ninth in the mile and was part the first-place 4x800 relay team at the America East Indoor Championships
- Earned All-Conference honors at both the America East Indoor and Outdoor Championships
- Named to the America East Indoor All-Academic Team
- Finished second in the mile at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 20)
- Took fourth place in the 3,000 at the Big Apple Invitational (Feb. 10)
- Placed fifth in the 3,000 SC at the Colonial Relays (April 4-6)

- Finished ninth in the mile at the America East Indoor Meet (Feb. 18-19)
- Was second in the 3,000 SC at the Lafayette Open on March 25
- Part of the second-place DMR team at the conference indoor meet (Feb. 18-19)

Freshman Season (2021-22)
- Competed in four cross country meets

- Placed ninth overall in the 3,000 SC at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Won the 1,000 at the Cornell Kane Invitational on Jan. 29
- Finished second in the 3,000 SC at the Lafayette Open on March 26 and the Lehigh Season Opener on April 9
- Was eighth in the mile at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic on April 15-16
- Member of the America East Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)

- Named honorable mention All-State by the NYSSWA in 2020
- A five-time all-county and all-league selection in cross country
- Placed sixth in the 2019 NYS Division 2 2,000 SC
