Senior Season (2019-20) – Outdoor Track Cancelled Due to COVID-19
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Earned second-team all-conference honors after a 12th-place finish at the America East Meet on Nov. 2
- Named to the America East All-Academic Team
- Was 45th out of 207 runners at the Princeton Invitational on Oct. 19
- Placed 50th out of 163 finishers at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 20
- Part of the DMR team that won the America East Indoor Championships title
- Also placed eighth in the 1,000 at the conference indoor meet
- Member of the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)
- Member of the Fall 2019 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
Junior Season (2018-19)
- Competed in three cross country races
- Placed 26th overall at the America East Championships on Oct. 27
- Finished a team-best third place at the season-opening Pre-Conference Meet on Sept. 8
- The team’s top runner at the season-ending NCAA Northeast Regional Meet
- Place fifth in the 1,500 at the America East Indoor Championships
- Part of the first-place 4x800 relay team at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Won the 1,000 at the Marc DeNault Indoor Invitational on (Feb. 16)
- Was fifth in the mile at the Upstate Indoor Challenge (Jan. 19)
- Member of the America East Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 3.5 GPA or higher
- Member of the America East Fall Honor Roll with a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Member of both the Fall and Spring A.D. Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher
Sophomore Season (2017-18)
- Competed in five cross country meets
- Was 40th overall at the America East Championships on Oct. 28
- Placed 15th overall at the Buffalo Stampede on Sept. 15
- Was 16th at the season-opening Pre-Conference Meet on Sept. 2
- Finished 28th overall in the Bronze Race at the Lehigh/Paul Short Run on Sept. 29
- Placed eighth in the 800 at the America East Outdoor Track Championships
- Was fifth in the 800 at the Bucknell Outdoor Track Team Challenge
- Finished third in the 3,000 at the Cornell Kane Indoor Invitational
- Member of the Fall America East Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or higher)
- Member of the Spring America East Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)
- Member of the Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
- Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in May 2018
Freshman Season (2016-17)
- Competed in all six cross country meets
- The team's top runner at the season-opening Colgate/Harry Lang Invitational
- Finished third overall at the Binghamton Invitational
- Member of both the Fall and Spring A.D. Honor Roll (minimum 3.3 GPA)

Before Binghamton
- Named honorable mention Class A All-State by the New York State Sportswriters Association (NYSSWA)
- Part of the 4x800 relay team that advanced to the 2015 New Balance Indoor National Meet and ran on the DMR that was fifth at the ensuing outdoor national meet
- A member of the National Honor Society
