• Named the Most Outstanding Field Performer after winning the long jump and placing third in the triple jump at the conference outdoor championships

• Broke the America East Indoor Championship record in the long jump (20-4 ½)

• Won the long jump at the ECAC Outdoor Championships

• Earned the Binghamton University John Bilos Award for career accomplishments

Senior Season (2016-17)

• Qualified for the NCAA East Regional Meet in the long jump for the second time in three years
• Won the long jump at the ECAC Outdoor Championships with a school-record distance of 20-9
• The America East Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week on May 3
• Captured the long jump title at the America East outdoor meet
• Member of both the Fall A.D. Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher
• Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 3.5 GPA or higher
• A USTFCCCA Scholar-Athlete

Junior Season (2015-16)

• Swept the long jump and the 60 at the America East Indoor Championships
• Earned the Coaches' Award at the conference indoor championships for the most points (20) scored
• The America East Field Athlete of the Week on Dec. 8 and the Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 10
• Won the 60, long jump and triple jump at the season-opening Cornell/Greg Page Relays
• Swept the 60 and 200 at the Penn State/Sykes & Sabock Challenge Challenge
• Captured both the long jump and triple jump at the New York Upstate Indoor Track Challenge
• Redshirted during the outdoor track season
• Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 3.5 GPA or higher
• Member of both the Fall and Spring A.D. Honor Roll with a 3.3 GPA or higher

Sophomore Season (2014-15)

• Placed 24th in the long jump at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, earning honorable mention All-America accolades from the USTFCCCA
• Was sixth in the triple jump at the NCAA East Regional 
• Earned the Coaches' Award for scoring the most points at the America East Outdoor Championships
• Named the Most Outstanding Field Performer at the conference outdoor meet 
• Captured both the long jump and triple jump, was second in the 100 and third in the 200 at the America East Outdoor Championships
• Swept both the long jump and triple jump at the ECAC/IC4A Outdoor Championships
• Won the 200 and placed second in the triple jump at the ECAC/IC4A Indoor Championships
• Placed second in the 200, second in the 60 and second in the triple jump at the America East Indoor Championships
• Tied for the Coaches' Award, for the most points at the conference indoor meet,
• The America East Field Athlete of the Week on April 14 & April 21
• Named Binghamton University Female Athlete of the Year

Freshman Season (2013-14)

• Named the America East Outdoor Track Most Outstanding Rookie after placing third in both the 100 and 200 and anchoring the first-place 4x100 relay team
• Won the triple jump, was second in the 200 and fourth in the 60 at the America East Indoor Championships
• Member of the Fall AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)

Before Binghamton

• A two-year letterwinner at Emma Willard
• The runner up in the 200 and placed eighth in the high jump at the 2013 NYS Outdoor Meet
