- Competed in five cross country meets
- Placed 36th out of 81 finishers at the America East Championships on Oct. 27
- Finished 13th out of 116 runners at the Canisius Alumni Classic on Oct. 14
- Competed in six meets
- Placed ninth in the 5,000 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (April 20)

- Competed in five track & field meets
- Placed second in the 3,000 at the Cornell/Kane Indoor Invitational on Feb. 4
- Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in April 2023
- Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll during both the fall and spring (3.5 GPA or above)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
Sophomore Season (2021-22)
- Competed in three cross country meets
- Placed 10th in the 5,000 at both the America East Indoor and Outdoor Championships

- Earned the Mid-Hudson Athletic League (MHAL) Scholar-Athlete Award in 2020
- Finished in the top 21 of the MHAL XC championships all four seasons
