Senior Season (2015-16)

• Competed in four cross country meets
• Was the Bearcats' third runner at the Seawolf Cross Country Invitational

Junior Season (2014-15)

• Was second on the team and 57th overall (out of 163 runners) at the Iona Cross Country Meet of Champions on Sept. 20
• Finished 33rd out of 110 runners at the Albany Cross Country Invitational on Oct. 18
• Was seventh in the 3,000 SC at the America East Outdoor Track Championships
• Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll for a 3.3 GPA or above
• Member of the America East Academic Honor Roll for 3.0 or better GPA
• Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in March 2014

Sophomore Season (2013-14)

• Was seventh in the 3,000 SC at the America East Outdoor Championships
• Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in April 2014
• Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
• Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 3.5 or higher GPA

Freshman Season (2012-13)

• Finished 32nd overall at the America East Cross Country Championships
• Placed fourth in the 3,000 SC at the America East Outdoor Track Championships
• Was second in the 3,000 at the Army 6-Way Indoor Track Meet
• Member of both the Fall and Spring America East Honor Roll with at least a 3.0 GPA

Before Binghamton

• A four-year letterwinner at Rush-Henrietta
• A two-time Section V champion in the 2,000 steeplechase
• Received the 2011 NYSPHAA Sportsmanship Award
• A member of the National Honor Society
