- Finished eighth in the hammer at the 2026 conference outdoor meet

- A four-year letterwinner at nearby Maine Endwell High School
- A seven-time New York State (NYS) Section IV champion
- Placed seventh in the shot put at the 2023 NYS Outdoor Championships as well as at the 2024 NYS Indoor Meet
- Anastos graduated from nearby Maine-Endwell High School in 2024.
