Senior Season (2016-17)

  • Placed 19th overall in the 400 hurdles at the NCAA East Regional Meet
  • Won the 400 hurdles at the ECAC Outdoor Championships
  • Took second place in the 400 hurdles at the America East outdoor meet
  • Finished second in the 400 hurdles at the Colonial Outdoor Relays
  • Was sixth in the 400 at the conference indoor championships
  • Member of the Fall AD Honor Roll (minimum 3.3 GPA)
  • Member of the America East Honor Roll with at least a 3.0 GPA

Junior Season (2015-16)
  • Was third in the 400 and sixth in the triple jump at the America East Indoor Championships
  • Took second in the 400 hurdles at the conference outdoor meet
  • Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 3.5 GPA or higher
  • Member of the Spring AD Honor Roll (minimum 3.3 GPA)


Sophomore Season (2014-15)

  • Placed fifth in the 60 hurdles at the America East Indoor Championships
  • Grabbed sixth place in the 400 hurdles and eighth place in the 100 hurdles at the America East Outdoor Championships
  • Finished fifth in the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:03.05 at the Bucknell Team Challenge
  • Placed second in the 60 hurdles at the Cornell Greg page Relays (9.02)
  • Finished third with a time of 8.89 at the Cornell Sunday Invitational
  • Was a member of the 4x400 team that competed at the 2015 Penn Relays 


Freshman Season (2013-14)

  • Placed third in the 100 hurdles and seventh in the triple jump at the conference outdoor meet
  • Was sixth in the 60 hurdles and triple jump at the America East Indoor Championships
  • Part of the 4x400 relay team that was ninth at the ECAC Indoor Meet and set the program record (3:45.93)
  • Member of America East Honor Roll for 3.0 or higher GPA
  • Member of the Fall AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
     

Before Binghamton

  • Won the triple jump at the 2013 NYS Indoor Championships.
  • Captured four indoor sectional titles and a pair of outdoor crowns
