Biography
Sophomore Season (2025-26)
- Competed in 14 meets
- Earned all-conference honors during the indoor and outdoor seasons
- Placed third in the 500 and ran on the second-place 4x400 relay at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 20-21)
- Placed third in the 400 hurdles and was part of the runner-up 4x400 relay at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 9-10)
- Was second in the 500 at the Greg Page Relays (Dec. 5-6)
- Took third in the 400 at the Cornell Upstate Challenge (Jan. 17)
- Placed eighth in the 800 at the Cornell Invitational (Jan. 31)
- Was fourth in the 600 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 7)
- Was second in the 400 hurdles at the George Mason Invitational (April 3-4)
- Won the 400 hurdles at the Big Red Invitational (April 11-12)
Freshman Season (2024-25)
- Competed in six indoor meets and five outdoor meets
- Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the 400 hurdles at the America East Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)
- Part of the 4x400 relay team that placed second at the conference outdoor meet
- Placed seventh in the 400 hurdles at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-23)
- Set the Binghamton freshman record in the 400 hurdles three times during the season
- Won the 500 at the Greg Page Relays (Dec. 6-7)
- Took sixth in the 400 at the Cornell/Upstate Challenge (Jan. 18)
- Was seventh in the 400 hurdles at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic (April 12-14)
- Finished third in the 400 and eighth in the 200 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (April 19)
- Member of the Fall 2024 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
Before Binghamton
- A four-year letterwinner in both track and cross country at Sachem East
- Placed overall in the 4x400 relay at the 2024 New York State (NYS) Outdoor Championships
- Earned all-league, all-county and all-section honors
- Qualified and participated in Penn Relays twice and the New Balance National Meet three times
- Won the county title in both the 400 and 4x400 relay
