Biography
2023-24 Season
- Competed in 13 meets
- Placed fifth in the 400, eighth in the long jump and was part of the second-place 4x400 relay team at the America East Indoor Championships
- Finished fourth in the 200 and was part of the second-place 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Took ninth place in both the 60 and 200 at the ECAC Indoor Championships
- Part of the Sprint Medley Relay (SMR) Team at the Colonial Relays (April 4-6)
- Was on the first-place 4x100 relay teams at the Sam Howell Invitational (March 30) and the Bucknell Team Challenge (April 20)
- Finished second in the 200 and 60 at the Gulden Invitational (Jan. 20)
- Took eighth place in the 300 at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 8)
Senior Season (2022-23)
- Competed in 14 meets
- Won the 400 and was part of the second-place 4x400 relay team at the America East Indoor Championships (Feb. 18-19)
- Placed fourth in the 400 and was part of the second-place 4x400 relay team at the America East Outdoor Meet (May 6-7)
- Was part of the 4x100 relay team at the Colonial Relays (March 31-April 1) that clocked the fourth-fastest time in program history (46.74)
- Was part of the 4x400 relay team at Penn Relays (April 28) that clocked the seventh-fastest time in program history (3:47.21)
- Took third place in the 200 at the West Point Twilight Meet (May 11)
- Was seventh in both the 60 and the long jump at the Cornell Upstate Challenge (Jan. 21)
- Finished fifth in the 400 and sixth in the 200 at the River Hawk Invitational (Jan. 27-28)
- Part of the first-place 4x400 relay team at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 24)
- Part of the first-place 4x100 relay team at the Lafayette Outdoor Open (March 25)
- Inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society in April 2023
- Member of the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or above)
- Member of both the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or above)
Junior Season (2021-22)
- Competed in 16 meets
- Was eighth in the 400 and was part of the third-place 4x100 relay at the America East Outdoor Championships
- Placed fifth in the 400 and part of the second-place 4x400 relay at the America East Indoor Championships
- Was third in the 60 and fourth in the long jump at the Lehigh Angry Birds Invitational on Jan. 15
- Took third in the 60 at the Marc DeNault Invitational on Feb. 19
- Part of the first-place 4x100 relay team at the Lafayette Open on March 26
- The runner up in the 100 at the Lehigh Season Opener on April 9
- Member the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher)
- Member of the Fall and Spring AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
Sophomore Season (2020-21)
- Competed in five meets
- Competed in the 4x400 relay that won at the MSM 33-48 Invitational
- Won the long jump at the Lehigh Covert Classic
- Member of the America East Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or higher)
- Member of the Fall 2020 AD Honor Roll (3.3 GPA or higher)
Freshman Season (2019-20) – Outdoor Season Canceled Due to COVID-19
- Was second in the long jump at the Cornell Upstate Challenge on Jan. 25
- Took second in the long jump at the Cornell Sunday Invitational
- Member of the Fall 2019 AD Honor Roll (minimum 3.3 GPA or higher)
Before Binghamton
- The 2019 Section 2 Outdoor Suburban Council Championships runner up in the 400
- The 2019 Section 2 Outdoor State Qualifier runner up in the 200.
- A 2019 Suburban Council All-Star in the 100 and 400
- Placed 11th at the 2019 New York State (NYS) Meet in the long jump Â
