VESTAL, N.Y. - Binghamton (1-8) wraps up an abbreviated two-game homestand when the Bearcats welcome Division II member Caldwell (5-4) at 7 p.m. Monday night at the Events Center. It will be the first game between the two programs.

QUICK HITS
• The Bearcats put 70 points on the board and forced 18 Penn turnovers in their last outing on Saturday but the visiting Quakers shot 51% (to BU's 36%) and hit 16-of-20 free throws in the second half to hold off BU 79-70.

• Freshman forward Dusan Perovic (13.2 ppg.) averaged 25.0 ppg. in his two games last week. Perovic gave a record-setting performance at BostonU on Wednesday, scoring 34 points, including 29 in the second half. The total broke the single-game Division I program record of 33. Perovic hit 11-of-18 from the floor, including 6-for-8 from beyond the arc. He then tallied a team-high 16 pts. against Penn on Saturday. This season, he has made 16-of-26 three-pointers and is shooting a higher percentage from beyond the arc (62%) than inside (45%).

• Freshman forward Willie Rodriguez notched his second collegiate double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds vs. Penn.

• The team's top-7 scorers are all underclassmen (4 freshmen) and the starting lineup for the last three games has featured three freshmen and two sophomores.

• The Bearcats are in the midst of another busy stretch with five games in 12 days. After Monday's game, BU plays at Colgate (Thurs.) then returns to Boston to face the ACC member BC Eagles in an ESPN3 game on Sunday afternoon.

SCOUTING CALDWELL

Forward Michael Balkovic is back for his senior season after averaging 15.4 points and 8.8 rebounds per game to earn all-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference first team honors. Senior guard Kevin Walker made the all-CACC third team last season after contributing 11.3 points and 4.2 assists per contest.
