PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Binghamton women's tennis team (3-2) dropped a 5-2 decision to Temple on Friday afternoon. The loss snaps the Bearcats' three game winning streak.
Junior
Sara Kohtz won her match at second singles, 6-4, 6-4 over Rebecca Breland while fellow junior
Agatha Ambrozy defeated Mariana Bendon 6-1, 6-7 (5-10), 10-7 at sixth singles. The Owls, however, swept the remaining four singles matches.
Temple also won at second and third doubles to take that point as well.
Binghamton returns home for a 5 p.m. match against Fordham on Saturday at the Binghamton Tennis Center.
