OLEAN, N.Y. - The Binghamton women's tennis team swept the doubles matches on Sunday afternoon leading to a 5-1 win over St. Bonaventure.
Junior Sarah Kohtz won her match at first singles 7-5.6-3 defeating Fatya Amiri while fellow junior Alexis Tashiro took second singles 7-5, 7-5 over Marisa Brossard. Sophomore Annie DiMuro (6-2,6-1) and senior Katherine Medianik (6-1,6-3) took third and fifth singles, respectively.
Juniors Shea Brodsky and Tashiro took the first doubles match 6-3 while junior Agatha Ambrozy and Meianik defeated Mariam Skhirtladze and Dominique Mortier 6-2. Leaving DiMuro and Kohtz to clean up winning thier match 6-2 over Francesca Chin and Amiri.
Binghamton will be in Massachusetts on Saturday at 5 p.m for a match against Boston University.
