TEMPE, Ariz. -- The Binghamton softball team (3-6) ran up against some stiff competition during the second day of the Arizona State Tournament. The Bearcats were defeated 15-0 by third-ranked Michigan and 22-5 by the No. 21 Sun Devils. It marked the first time in Binghamton's 14-year Division I era that the program has faced two nationally-ranked opponents in the same day.

Binghamton wraps up play at the Arizona State Tournament with an 11 a.m. game against Toledo on Sunday.
