BUFFALO, N.Y.- The Binghamton wrestling team fell, 24-12, at Buffalo Friday afternoon.

Jack McKeever, and
Steve Schneider each won for the Bearcats in the non-conference dual at Alumni Arena.
The hosts took each of the first four matches, going ahead, 18-0. BU fought back, though, claiming wins in the next four contests.
Vincent DePrez got the Bearcats back on track, defeating Alex Smythe, 9-5, in their 157-pound match. It marked the 20th win of the season for the sophomore.
Anthony DePrez followed with an 8-5 decision over Rrok Ndokaj at 165 pounds, inching Binghamton closer at 18-6. In the 174-pound bout, McKeever claimed a 5-1 victory over Tyler Rill to continue the Bearcats' string. Schneider got BU within 18-12 after a 5-1 win over Joe Ariola at 184 pounds. The Bulls answered with wins in the final two contests of the day, however, posting the dual victory.
BU dropped to 10-6 overall. It hosts Brown in an Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association (EIWA) match tomorrow. The bout is slated for a 3 p.m. start at the West Gym.Â
