STORY LINES

Binghamton is 5-4, having had the past weekend off. The Bearcats most recently went 3-1 at the James Madison Invitational Feb. 26-28. Junior shortstop Crysti Eichner hit .615 (8-for-13) over the four games with two home runs and eight RBI. She was named the America East Softball Player of the week on Feb. 29 and currently leads the team with a .448 batting average.

The Bearcats are to a solid start at the plate, with a team batting average of .339 through their first nine games. Junior outfielder Gabby Bracchi is hitting .444, sophomore outfielder Jessica Rutherford is batting .438 while senior catcher Taylor Chaffee is current hitting .429.

Stetson enters the weekend with a 17-10 record. Jessie Tenbroeck leads the Hatters with a .341 batting average, two home runs and eight RBI. On the mound, Brooke Hutto is 10-3 with a 1.69 ERA.

Wagner is currently 5-7. Maddie Marable leads the Seahawks in hitting with a .406 average. Hana Gilbert has driven in a team-best 15 runs. Morgan Brown is the current NEC Pitcher of the Week.

Tennessee-Martin is currently 12-7. Carley Gonzales leads the Skyhawks with a .407 batting average while Katie Warrick has clubbed a team-best four home runs.
