BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - Binghamton women's tennis took the doubles point on a tense tiebreak and then earned a split of the six singles matches to edge Marist (5-6) 4-3 Saturday night at the Binghamton Tennis Center.

Tiffany Dun battled for a 7-4 tiebreak win at No. 1 doubles to give the Bearcats a 1-0 lead heading to singles. Then with the match even at 2-2, the twin sister tandem of
Michelle Eisenberg and
Samara Eisenberg won their matches in succession at No. 3 and No. 1 singles, respectively, to clinch the team victory. Both players worked three sets to come out on top after having paired to win their doubles match at No. 2.
Junior No. 5
Maria Pandya gave BU (2-8) its second team point with her three-set win. It was Pandya's team-best eighth win of the season.
Binghamton plays at Boston University on Sunday afternoon. Â
