PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - In an abbreviated season-opening dual, host Temple (2-1) won the lone doubles match and all four singles matches to post a 4-0 victory over Binghamton women's tennis (0-1) in BU's season opener Saturday night at the Legacy Tennis Center.

Samara Eisenberg had the tightest match, winning the first set against Ruoyu Chen before falling in three.
The Bearcats return to the Southern Tier to face Cornell at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Reis Tennis Center in Ithaca.  Â
