Women's Lacrosse Falls to Niagara 11-9

Golderman led the Bearcats with four points, Passuello makes 18 saves in the net

VESTAL, N.Y. - The Binghamton women's lacrosse team fell 11-9 to Niagara Sunday afternoon at the Bearcats Sports Complex. Rebecca Golderman led the Bearcats on offense with two goals and two assists, while Taylor Passuello made 18 saves between the pipes.

"I think we need to be more consistent," head coach Stephanie Allen said. "We have a younger group out on the field this season that are being asked to play bigger roles. While the result today is frustrating, the season is long and there are a lot of opportunities moving forward for us to improve from this."

  • Quinn followed up shortly after with her second goal, and Alyssa Sanchez scored Binghamton's fifth off an assist from Golderman to close out the first half.
