AKRON, OHIO – Host Cleveland State (2-5), swept the doubles point before securing all six of the singles points to take the win, 7-0, against Binghamton on Sunday morning at the Medical Mutual Tennis Pavilion.
Michelle Eisenberg fought a hard battle in the No. 2 singles, 6-4, 4-6, 1-0 (13-11), but was unable to clinch the point for the Bearcats.
Binghamton (0-12) will resume play after a week off, and travel to Buffalo for a matchup with the University of Buffalo (0-0) on Friday, March 8, at the Miller Tennis Center.
