Women's Basketball Returns Home to Face Hartford

Bearcats and Hawks tip off Wednesday at 7 p.m.

STORY LINES
 
- Binghamton (14-6, 3-4 AE) won 63-53 at New Hampshire on Saturday. Senior guard Kai Moon finished with a game-high 25 points and 11 rebounds while fellow senior guard Karlee Krchnavi added 14 points and 11 rebounds. The Bearcats as a team shot 60 percent (12-of-20) from three-point range.
 
- Moon ranks first in the America East and is No. 11 in the nation in scoring (20.8 ppg.). She is also third in the conference in steals (2.0 spg.). Sophomore forward Annie Ramil is tied for sixth in the America East with 6.8 rebounds per game while senior guard Carly Boland is tied for sixth in assists (3.1 apg.) and is third in blocks (1.2 bpg.). As a team, Binghamton leads the America East with 68.4 points per game. 
 
- Hartford (0-20, 0-7 AE) lost 68-63 to Albany on Saturday. Jordan McLemore scored a game-high 18 points while Jada Lucas added 15 points, nine rebounds and four assists.
 
- Lucas leads the Hawks and is seventh in the America East with 12.8 points per game. She is also tied for sixth in the conference with 1.6 steals per game. Sierra Smith is ninth in the America East with 6.5 rebounds per game while McLemore is tied for eighth with 3.0 assists per contest. Lawrence Martin, meanwhile, is second in the conference with 1.3 blocks per game. As a team, the Hawks are second in the America East in rebounding (39.4 rpg.).
 
- Hartford leads the all-time series against Binghamton 29-12. Last year, the home team won both times. Binghamton took a 73-62 decision at the Events Center on Jan. 30 while the Hawks got even with a 63-50 triumph on Feb. 27. Current senior guard Carly Boland has a team-best 19 points in the first game.
 

MILESTONES TO WATCH FOR VS. HARTFORD
 
- With 374 made free throws for her career, senior guard Kai Moon is one free throw from moving into sole possession of sixth place all time in program history. She is currently tied with Laura Sario (2004-08).
- With 179 career three-point field goals, senior guard Kai Moon needs one trey to move into sole possession of seventh place all time. She is currently tied with Cathy Mackin (1994-98).
- Binghamton would improve to 8-2 at home with a win.
