Women’s tennis falls to Army 5-0

Bearcats to take on Sacred Heart Saturday morning

WEST POINT, N.Y. - The Binghamton University women's tennis team dropped a shortened matchup with Army Saturday evening. The Bearcats fell 5-0, despite leading a singles match late.

Army earned the doubles point, but Lara Kaplan and Samara Eisenberg were holding strong in their matches when the Black Knights clinched the win. Kaplan won her opening set 7-5 and was midway through the second, and Eisenberg had a two games to one lead in the second set after falling in the first.


The Bearcats will continue action Saturday morning against Sacred Heart, starting at 9 a.m.
