STORY LINES

- Binghamton (0-5) has had a week off since opening the season at the Texas A&M Aggie Classic. Senior outfielder Stephanie Ragusa batted a team-best .300 during that tournament while sophomore designated player Sophia Pappas drove in a team-high three runs.

- Georgia Southern (10-4) split four games at its home tournament (the Eagle Round Robin) last weekend. Mekhia Freeman is batting a team-best .414 with three home runs and seven RBI. Bailee Wilson, meanwhile, is tops on the squad with 16 RBI.

- Georgia Southern leads the all-time series against Binghamton 2-1. Most recently, the Eagles won a 21-12 shootout on Feb. 13, 2015 during their home tournament. In 2010, the two teams split a pair of games – also at the Georgia Southern tournament.

- Auburn (9-7) went 1-4 last weekend at the Mary Nutter Classic. Tannon Snow leads the Tigers with a .390 batting average. Alyssa Rivers is first on the team with three home runs and 10 RBI. In 2019, Auburn advanced to the NCAA Regionals.

- This marks the first-ever meeting between Binghamton and Auburn in softball.

- Minnesota (8-6) went 3-2 at the Baylor Tournament last weekend. Natalie DenHartog leads the team with a .439 batting average, three home runs and 13 RBI. In 2019, the Gophers made their first-ever trip to the College World Series.
