HAMILTON, N.Y. - Visiting Binghamton women's tennis captured two singles matches but host Colgate prevailed 5-2 Saturday morning at Sanford Field House.Â
Freshman
Maria Pereira scored a 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 2 singles and sophomore
Abby Ackroyd earned a 6-4, 6-2 victory at No. 4 singles. Earlier, all three doubles teams played tight sets with each falling 6-4 to give the opening point to the Raiders.Â
Binghamton next plays at Buffalo on March 4.
