- Freshman outfielder Alayna Harbaugh is hitting a team-best .360 while Richmond is batting .333 with a team-best nine RBI. Rende, meanwhile, has a .310 batting averaged and is tied for the team lead with three home runs.

- This marks the fourth time in program history that the Bearcats will take part in Maryland's home invitational. Binghamton also competed in the event in 2013, 2016 and 2017. Binghamton is 7-4 overall in its three previous appearances.

- Maryland (10-12) lost 6-2 to UMBC on Wednesday night. Mackensie Greco leads the Terps with a .341 batting average, three home runs and 11 RBI

- Maryland leads the all-time series against Binghamton 5-2. The Terps have won the past three meetings. The Bearcats' last win in the series was a 9-3 triumph on March 20, 2016. All six previous games have been played in College Park.

- Monmouth (3-15) dropped a doubleheader at Fairleigh Dickinson on Tuesday by scores of 3-2 and 7-2. Lindsey Baron leads the Hawks with a .389 batting average.

- This marks the first-ever meeting between Binghamton and Monmouth.
