STORY LINES

- Binghamton (6-4) has taken three out of five games in each of its first two in-season tournaments of the year. The Bearcats' most recent games took place at the College of Charleston Invitational Feb. 18-20.

- As a  team, Binghamton ranks No. 28 in the nation with 1.70 doubles per game. In the America East Conference rankings, the Bearcats are second in batting (.272) and third in pitching (2.47 ERA).

- Sophomore pitcher Allison L'Amoreaux is currently 4-1 with a 2.20 ERA. She also leads the Bearcats offensively with three home runs and six RBI.

- Senior infielder Alli Richmond is batting a team-best .379 so far this season followed by freshman outfielder Alayna Harbaugh, who is hitting .375. Richmond also leads Binghamton with five multiple-hit games so far this season and is tied for No. 19 in the nation with 0.50 doubles per game. Harbaugh, meanwhile, leads the America East with 1.20 hits per game.

- L'Amoreaux was named the America East Player of the Week on Feb. 22. That same day, Harbaugh was named the conference's Rookie of the Week.

- San Jose State (9-5) won all five of its games at the SVC Classic 1 Tournament last weekend. Trenity Edwards is batting a team-best .390 and is one of three Spartan players who has driven in a team-best eight runs. On the mound, Jenessa Ullegue is 6-0 with a 1.37 ERA.

- Grand Canyon (12-3) swept all four of its games at its home tournament (the Lopes Up Classic) this past weekend. Katelyn Dunckel leads the Lopes and ranks eighth in the nation with a .535 batting average. As a team, Grand Canyon ranks No. 10 in the nation with a .348 batting average.

- Montana (6-9) went 1-4 at the Outrigger Hawaii Invitational last weekend. Julie Phelps leads the Grizzles with a .366 batting average while Cami Sellers is hitting .362. Each of them has driven in a team-best nine runs.

- This marks the first time in program history that Binghamton faces Grand Canyon, San Jose State and Montana in softball.
