Women's tennis loses at Stony Brook 6-1

Aruj posts three-set win at No. 3 singles

STONY BROOK, N.Y. - Host Stony Brook posted a 6-1 win over Binghamton women's tennis Saturday afternoon at the University Courts.

Freshman Natalia Aruj earned the team's lone singles win with a 3-6, 6-1, 6-3 triumph at No. 3 singles. Earlier, Aruj paired with Kelly Chen for a 6-1 victory at No. 2 doubles. 

The Bearcats pushed two other singles matches to third sets.

Binghamton wraps up its season Wednesday at Cornell.
