VESTAL, N.Y. – The Binghamton women's basketball program has announced the signing of Kaelonn Wilson (Piscataway, N.J.), a 6-1 forward from Piscataway High School. She spent the 2021-22 season at the University of Buffalo where she redshirted and currently has four years of eligibility.
"We are excited about the addition of Kaelonn to our Bearcat Family! She's a long athletic post player who thrives on the defensive end of the floor. She plays with a lot of energy and has nose for the ball which allows her to be a great rebounder."
Although Wilson missed her senior season at Piscataway due to an injury, she turned in an impressive junior year campaign. During that 2019-20 season, she averaged 9.9 points and 12.4 rebounds per game while also recording 57 blocked shots and 20 steals in 26 games. She ranked among the top 15 players in the state with 323 total rebounds.
Wilson led Piscataway to a 16-10 overall record and a GMCT championship quarterfinal appearance while earning All-GMC Red Division First-Team honors. As a freshman, she helped lead her squad to a GMCT championship.
