VESTAL, N.Y. – As part of the Binghamton University EXCELERATE Campaign, Bearcat Athletics celebrated an outstanding fundraising year in 2022-23. The department generated more than $24 million in the campaign, which has already had a profound impact on the athletics program and its 400+ student-athletes. 
 
"As we look back on the achievements of the past fiscal year, we are truly humbled by the remarkable growth we've experienced," Director of Athletics Eugene Marshall, Jr. said. "The contributions have been instrumental in our journey, propelling us to new heights and setting new standards of excellence. We are so thankful for the unwavering support and boundless generosity of our alumni, friends and supporters."
 
The support extends far beyond dollars; it empowers Binghamton student-athletes to thrive on and off the field, thanks to additional academic and athletic resources. With these essential tools and the strength of encouragement, Bearcat student-athletes can excel and reach for their dreams.

Deputy Director of Athletics & Chief Development Officer Ze Zeon acknowledged the profound impact of the supporters' belief in the program's mission and vision.
