STORY LINES
 
- Binghamton (7-13, 2-5 AE) defeated UMass Lowell 70-65 on Saturday afternoon. Graduate student guard Denai Bowman and redshirt sophomore guard Jadyn Weltz tied for the team lead with 14 points and three assists each.
 
- Redshirt sophomore guard Ella Wanzer leads the Bearcats and is No. 10 in the America East with 11.4 points per game. She also ranks second in the conference with 2.7 three-point field goals per game and a .409 three-point field goal percentage. Weltz, meanwhile, is tied for first with 4.5 assists per game as well as a 1.4 assists-to-turnover ratio.
 
- As a team, Binghamton ranks third in the America East with 63.0 points per game and is fourth with 14.00 assists per game. The Bearcats are also fourth with 14.00 assists per contest and third with a 1.01 assists-to-turnover ratio.
 
- NJIT (8-12, 0-7 AE) lost 72-61 to visiting UMBC on Saturday. Alejandra Zuniga scored a game-high 18 points while Lyzi Litwinko and Trinity Williams each finished with 15 points and six rebounds.
 
- Zuniga ranks fifth in the America East with 15.4 points per game while Williams ranks first with 1.8 blocks per contest. As a team, the Highlanders are first in blocks (5.35 bpg.) and second in rebounding (36.7 rpg.).
 
- NJIT leads the all-time series 5-4, having swept the past four meetings. Last year, the Highlanders won 62-57 at the Events Center on Jan. 11 as well as 75-70 at home on Feb. 15. Wanzer netted a then career-high 26 points in the first game while Bowman notched 18 points in the game at NJIT.
